Both daughter and husband done it and the high flight. Both absolutely loved it. Had an amazing instructor called Libby and both said when they go back would love for it to be her again with how fun and good she was! Highly recommend and very highly recommend Libby the instructor

Not impressed today. We had been previously and both our children had enjoyed it with Josh. Today they had Megan and the session was poor. My son felt nervous so she walked him in and and straight out. A 5 second flight. No reassurance or support offered, and to be honest I can understand why he felt nervous as she was struggling to hold the participants. She also made faces about some of the larger participants in the session, as though she couldn't cope with them. Not nice to watch. Just kept shaking her head and rolling her eyes. One of her colleagues took over for the high flights.
It's a shame, because it can be enjoyable and feel like an achievement, but we just came away irritated.

My sons truly enjoyed the experience, but the additional charges left us feeling frustrated. We expected the fly-high experience to cost £20 for each child, but we didn’t realize they would charge for every individual flight.
Furthermore, they only spent about 45 seconds in the tunnel, which included the extra time for the fly-high experience. Given that we paid extra, we believe there should have been more flying time.
Paying £40 for less than a minute of flying, including the sky-high experience, feels excessive. Overall, the total cost for both of my children made the event seem unnecessarily expensive and gave the impression of greed from i-fly.
While the kids enjoyed it, we wouldn’t return or recommend the experience, as it doesn’t seem worth the money.
I’m also sure the i-fly team will respond to explain the costs and invite us to contact them directly, as they have done with other reviews. However, I’m not sure what the point is—it won’t change the fact that the company appears to prioritize greed over providing an enjoyable experience.

enjoyed this more than i expected to! our instructor (libby) was very helpful, skilled and reassuring, it was an all- round fun experience. it can get a little pricey with add-ons, but these are optional, and it is a professional sport at the end of the day, so i guess it is a reasonable charge. thanks!

It's a great experience to have but be warned it will get expensive quickly if you add any extras while your there. Had to pay more than the original price just to fly higher for a few seconds.

Good bits, Took 2 of our grandkids and they had a great time.
Not so good, each flight should be 60secs but were lasting only 45secs. Also asked if we wanted to add on a high flight up into the tunnel. This has gone up in price from £10 per flight to £20 per flight which is a huge increase especially if you have a few children on the experience both had 2 flights, so an additional £80 if adding a high flight on each. Also this should be an extra experience following the normal flight as you are paying extra but they were taken on the high flight in the 45 secs of the normal flight in the chamber.
We have taken other grandkids previously and they were given the full 60 secs each time and the high flights were added at the end as you would expect when buying an extra experience. And they only cost £10 (Nov 2024)
The experience was good and the grandkids enjoyed the day but the shaving off the time and the 100% cost increase would put me off going again. I fly need to give a thought about the value for money for their customers as it certainly put me off booking again for my family.

Excellent Sky diving experience centre, like the same thing, without the danger. This is a good place to practice before you go out and do the real thing.
